Importance of vitamins

Vitamins can’t be produced by the body you have to get them through supplements or fruits.its essential in our body because it helps with body form and maintains connective tissue, including bones, blood vessels, and skin. It is one of the most important vitamins for our health. Cold brings seasonal flu, joint inflammation or simply energy drainage for some people, so most people try their best to change their wardrobe, diet or supplements most often in the form of the vitamin.

 It helps to boost a person’s immunity because it acts as an antioxidant which means it not only battles the flu symptoms by helping white blood cells function better. It battles high blood pressure preventing gout attacks by reducing blood uric acid levels also it improves iron absorption by preventing iron deficiencies. I think by now we can all see the importance of vitamin, eating one orange in a day can go along way. I’m going to put some of the foods you can easily get and add to your diet. They also contain huge quantities of the vitamin.

        

Pineapple

 Pineapple contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme that helps break down food and reduce bloating. Bromelain also acts as a natural anti-inflammatory that can help you recover faster after a tough workout. We all need a pineapple in our life especially if you work out a lot.

Mango

 Mango is also a great source of vitamin A, which like vitamin C plays a key role in immunity and additionally keeps your eyes healthy.

Chili peppers

 it has capsaicin, the compound that makes chili hot and may help relieve joint and muscle pain.

Papaya

Research shows that eating papaya can help clear your skin, sinuses and strengthen your bones. It also helps with hard stool.
