What is a juice diet?

I have been thinking about cutting some weight and my friends recommended to try these two diet, the juice detox, and intermittent fasting and just by the name I can not do the intermittent fasting that would be so hard for me. Fasting for 72hrs is something I can not do, I will faint because drinking water alone can not cut it for me. The juice detox has become very popular recently and I think that’s what I can try, it’s an easier way and you consume lots of nutrients.

Juicing is a diet in which you take fruits and vegetables to try and lose weight and detoxify your body. There are two types of juicing and you can pick one, there is total juice fast and use of a balanced meal replacement. I think I will try the balanced meal replacement for some time until my body adjusts to the diet then I can try the total juice fast. I watched a YouTuber called Sophiology and she lost 15 pounds in a month using this diet but she said she would have lost a lot of pounds if she didn’t cheat on her diet, you can look her up she gives a detailed explanation.

Detox juice provides that extra nutrition you are lucking in your diet.

Here are the benefits of a juice detox. 

  • Improves your skin.
  • It helps you lose weight quickly.
  • It helps lower cholesterol.
  • It feeds good bacteria in the gut.
  • It lowers blood sugar.
  • Helps detox liver.

There are two types of a juice diet, the total juice fast where you consume nothing but the juices only and the balanced meal replacement where you can eat a balanced diet in between that is, consuming juice for your breakfast and lunch then a balanced diet(food) for your supper low fat, moderate protein, and lots vegies.

Juicing is an easier way to lose weight but you have to watch what you eat after you have finished using the diet. Juicing is one of the best methods out there but your weight loss goal is personal so whatever works for you go for it, you have to experiment with everything to figure it out.
